Kerri Russo

I’m a former licensed School Psychologist with 20 years of experience and extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment and learning disorders, social and interpersonal conflicts, and high-functioning autism. My expertise lies in emotional regulation strategies that support both learning and life success.

I feel so fortunate to partner with schools, teachers, and students to remove barriers to learning through emotional regulation and mindfulness strategies. My mission is to support educators, students, and administrators in creating environments where every learner can thrive. By fostering collaboration, building essential skills, and solving challenges step by step, I help empower schools to cultivate resilience, focus, and success.

I hold master’s degrees in both Education as well as Counseling Psychology. I am a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach and a graduate of the Mindful Schools Essentials Program. Most importantly, I am the mother of four precious sons ages 10-20, from which TACC consulting got its name.

My Philosophy

I believe that we can all change, grow and evolve in order to live a happy, successful, and productive life. I believe that we can all learn. I believe in feeling good in order to do good. I believe in positive psychology and mindfulness education. I believe that people want to be seen, heard, and understood. I believe in the power of community and learning from one another. I believe that not every struggle needs a diagnosis or a long-term commitment to treatment. I believe in solution-based strategies in order to make positive changes and build momentum through strengths.
